Slow and unhelpful service at Rand Airport branch

Booked a car and when i came to collect, the car was not ready, they took very long to process the order. I arrived at 7:45 and by 8:15 i still had no car, and when they walked me outside, they were washing and vacuuming and telling me there is no petrol, they must still go get petrol. Service was poor. I cancelled the contract there and then when the car was not available. Now i wait for a refund.
