Shocking service from Budget car rental.

I find the service at Budget car rental absolutely shocking! They put you on hold for ages and then the phone goes dead! Try and speak to a supervisor and there aren't any. Have made a number of calls and the person I need to speak to is always on lunch. I will never make use of Budget car rental again!
