Shocking Service

On Wednesday 13 April we arrived at Budget Car Retail for our holiday with our 9 month daughter. We had booked a car seat for our daughter. When asked would someone show us how to put it, as it is different to the one we have in our car, I was told the men outside would help us. We asked 3 of the men outside to help us and was told straight out NO! I went inside and asked one of the sales ladies to help and they said they would get someone but no one came. I asked for the manager and still waiting for that person!!! After 30 minutes of struggling in the wind with a 9 month baby, a total stranger helped us which I was so greatful for. I understand that Budget is not allowed to instal the car seats but there is no instruction Manuel so at least show people how to put it in.<br> it was the worst experience and I will never use them again. <br> On another note, if you hiring a car seat for a baby, should they not at least supply a \Baby on board\" sign."
