Ripping people off over December

I requested an online quote for period 16 Dec - 26 Dec. It was emailed to me. A few days later I accepted the quote and I am now being told that it is R1000 more!! There was NO validity period on the quote and it was not like the quote was months old!!! This is completely *******!!! You have to honour a quote! Most quotes are valid for 30 days, I accepted it in a matter of a FEW days!!! Budget just want to make more money over the festive season and rip people off!!!!
