Rental Vehicle

I booked a vehicle through Budget at Cape Town Int. I did not received any contract and nobody checked the vehicle with me. After returning the vehicle they claimed that I have damaged the vehicle underneath the bumper. They never communicate to me after I got back home. But was very quick to charge my acoount with the money for the damage . Very bad from there side!!
