Refund of Deposit

<p>We paid a deposit when we entered into a rental agreement (No ********** 75) with Budget on 30 September 2016 and when the vehicle was returned on 7 October 2016 we were told that the deposit would be paid back within 7 days. Needless to say we have still not received a refund.</p>
