Refund not paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a car through Budget on 20 December 2019 at AR Tambo airport, my deposit of R3008.47 was deducted from my account immediately, I was told that any incurred costs would be deducted and the remainder of my deposit would be refunded within 6 working days.

Nothing was refunded until the 31st of December as yet but then an additional amount of R3069.49 was deducted on 1 January 2020 for Budget!!

I tried phoning on the 1st of January but with no luck, nobody could assist me.

I phoned on the 2nd and spoke to a lady called Shoky at branch with TEL NO: *** with regards to my invoice received ***.

As I explained to her my kilometers booked as driven with the Renault Kwid rental car was all wrong, I received the car on 6935km and returned it on 7111km, I was billed incorrectly for driving 1360km!! Thus I was invoiced for an amount of R3,069.49!!!

She noted this and informed me that it was a mistake on Budget’s side to record the wrong kms for the returned vehicle and the excessive high invoice being deducted from my bank account. She then told me it will only be sorted out within 4-6 working days which is completely unacceptable!!!

The amount of R 3,008.47 was released from Budget and refunded into my account but i am still waiting on the correct invoice from Budget with what is owed!!

Yesterday, 11 January I phoned again just to get informed that the issue and complaint is logged and due to high volumes of enquiries it is taking longer than usual?????

Budget's incompetence and negligence is not acceptable!!!!!
