refund

I hired a car from the 10-13 July 2015 with a reference number 1***-za-0. A deduction of R2 334.16 was deducted. I was supposed to receive a refund of 1600.00 within 48 hours from the time I returned the car but till today I haven't received it instead a further deduction of 758.99 was made on the 18 July 2015. I called the account department to enquire and I was also promised a refund. Now that a further deduction has been made in which I expected a refund it means an amount of R 2 334.16 must be refunded to me immediately.
