R9000 rental charge for a day with a tiny chip.

Had a tiny windscreen chip on the rental that could have been repaired for R200. Also had the super waiver option that convinently excluded windscreen damage. Was charged R9000 for a one day rental on a polo. A refund of R3200 odd was requested a few weeks back and I have not yet received it. Emails to support are also silent
