POOREST OF POOR CUSTOMR SERVICE

I rent a car via my.insurance during June 2020, whilst having the car for the period, I got a flat tyre because of a *****. The tyre was repaired by Tyre & Treads. When I arrive home after the tyre was repair I notice two white stripes on the tyre, on futher investigation, I notice a bubble on the side of the tyre which is very dangerous to drive with. I then put the spare wheel on the vehicle. I tried to gethold of Avis for about 3-4 days, whereby I had to let my voicebe heard for the replacement of the tyre. On returning the vehicle, bear in mind, the said they are not.delivering vehicles. I had to travel on my expenses to George and back to Beaufort same when the vehicle hadto be return, and it was return with a full tank of petrol. On 17July I notice R1184 dissapearing from my credit card, after numerous attempts once again to get hold of them, the cannot explain why the took the money. I cannot believe one tyre (size13)cost that must, its ridiculous.

I would never recommend Avis to anyone, their customer service is poorest of poor
