Poor service

Budget rented us a car for our holidays and is meant to be class B but it is a 1 litre and has very little power - a renault kwid. It is small and has no engine power for 3 adults - nothing like a VW Polo which they advertise as an equivalent. We also had a person with illness in the family (COVID) so our plans changed. We asked if we could bring the car back earlier than planned and get a refund and they refused. We won't be using budget again - would advise not using this rent a car company.
