POOR SERVICE

I made two reservations with Budget rent a car in South Africa. The customer feedback is shocking. Prior to collection of the vehicles I had to email them to ask for a booking confirmation. I only ever received one of the two (***6ZA4). I have additional charges on both reservations but it is impossible to generate an invoice through the links sent and their website.
