Poor service

I booked a car on Monday,13th February online for collection at Pretoria branch .The car was supposed to be available at 10:00 14th February.

I got there in the afternoon there were no cars.Today 15th February,it’s after 11 and they still don’t have cars and don’t know when they will have the cars.

The worst thing is that they don’t even answer phones
