Poor Service

The service at the Budget Rent a Car Stellenbosch branch is extremely disappointing. I had to call up to five times just to get someone to answer the phone. I booked and paid for a car online, which was supposed to be delivered, but I am now waiting over half an hour past the scheduled pickup time. Reaching the manager required another five calls, only to be informed that the driver would be another 10 minutes late, which I seriously doubt. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and I will not be using Budget again.
