Poor Service

On arrival at George on the 9th of January 2019 l rented a car from Budget Car Hire which l dropped of at the PE Airport on the 10th of January 2019. Whilst paying for the rental of the vehicle l enquired when the refund would be made which l was fondly told would be in 4-5 days by the gentleman serving Me. Today when l called the contact centre l was informed that it takes 30-31 days to get the refund as l used a cheque card.

Why was the gentleman that served me not prudent enough to give me the correct information which l would have related further before utilising my funds on the basis that l would be refunded in 4-5 days. l feel in a bid to gain a sale l was sold a dream.
