Poor admin

I have been trying to get an invoice for the vehicle we rented in Cape Town on the 4th of February 2025. I make calls weekly and every time the consultant says that the invoice is sent but I still haven't received it. We have now moved into a new financial year and the invoice is still outstanding. This is absolutely pathetic.
