I collected a car on the 25 Sep @ 17h40 at AVIS PMB Airport with fuel Range 480km and km 11700 reading, I returned it on the 26 Sep at 12h00 with full tank but the range was now 730 with km 11983 reading. It clearly shows that I was given the car without a full tank, they now refuse to refund me. They say I should've stop refuelling the tank at first click.

11 Oct 2026, 08:19No response from Budget Rentals, they referred my complain to the very same branch that I complained about. Nobody contacted me from their customer care department to find out if my issue has been resolved. They took my money and the money of the renter before me and they're happy conducting business like that.
