pathetic service!!!!

I rented a car with this silly company and then cancelled the reservation same day it was made, they tell me 7 days for my refund to reflect, after 8 days they all of a sudden tell me to fill in some retarded form and wait another 7 days?????? Then I am put on hold for a very long time after requesting to speak to a manager.
