Overcharged and poor customer service

Good day

Please note that I had been to the budget car hire company on the 24th to collect my vehicle at the pietermaritzburg branch. I had booked and paid for the vehicle via rental cars however an additional R2884 was charged for the rental of the vehicle. I was informed via my access *** voucher attached that I would only be paying my deposit. Instead I paid for my deposit and my car hire. In addition to this I have not received my proof of invoice from budget and I require this as soon as possible
