Not follow terms

Budget Cape Town International Airport branch refused to use my hybrid cheque card. The terms and conditions stated must have say cheque, must display either visa or mastercard and must have raised numbers. All of those conditions are met and the budget call centre said that was fine. Now I have to get someone else with a credit card to accept the authorisation deposit.
