No Service from Budget

I tried to book a rental vehicle on the Budget site. After completing most of the information I clicked the "Continue" button, only to find this: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." Then I tried to call. Call was dropped a few times and I was left holding forever. This is how South African companies are doing business post lockdown!!
