Never hire for Budget Rent a Car

I hired a car for 3 days and paid upfront. They took a R9000 deposit against my c/card. They actually debited the card. 3 weeks later they are still "processing" my refund even though they confirm no amount is payable to them. They are just earning interest on my money.
