NEVER EVER USE BUDGET RENT A CAR, THEY ARE ****MERS!

The worst experience ever! They are a **** and should not be operating. I am actually going to report them to the consumer ombudsman. Their quote online is much less than what the "actual" cost of hiring is. We only found out when we went to collect the car that we were supposed to pay R10 000 more than the quote we got AND we're debited for.
