My ABSA broken credit card

Early September this year make a reservation at Budget to come collect at the 02 December 2015 and to return the vehicle on the 07 December 2015. Late yesterday i believe it was around about 10 H 45 when i was at airport to actually pick up the car. Due to the fact that my credit card was bit broken and i believe due to the fact that Im a African, the Lady who was helping me ask a gentleman by the name of Kenneth to look into my card. Then he quickly went to the back to call his supervisor as per his say, then withing two minutes he came back and said as much as he would love to help me but hes unable. I sadly ask to make amendments as to again come today after my what seems to be a issue with my broken but clearly proving that the card belongs to me, and it is still active. i feel I was made a toying tool and never been so ashemed in my life. I believe every mission statement of any enterprise should be to satisfy and provide the best service and products to its customers
