Mthatha branch :cruel manager in AVIS car rental

These people are ********, they don't wanna give back my mom's money they took as deposit. She returned their car with no problems now they giving us hustles in bringing back the money. Worse the branch manager in mthatha is very cruel and greedy, he jst own up to anything. He's bossy and unprofessional.
