Money taken. No recors

I wanted to rent a car from Budget for a couuplw of days. I went inlibe and ordered the car. I made immesiatw payment.

A few days later I wanted to amend the dates. When I phoned thwm they had no recors of me ordering the car!!

I have proof that the money webt through my account. But I have no ref no or anything.

I have bee trying to get ny money back but no luck!
