MONEY ON HOLD NOT RELEASED

I rented a vehicle from Budget for 5 days 07 to 12 Oct 2024 Amount R8200.00 on hold with my Credit Card. Contract *** & Priceline conformation ***4ZA3. Returned vehicle 10 Oct 2024. As the money on hold minus payment was not released. Sent various emails to Budget to email addresses.Received notification failure to send . Completed the feedback Priceline requested. received failure to send . Sent email to Customer Care ( ***)requesting that the money on hold be released before 12:00 today . Pathetic service no response or email. 6 Days after vehicle returned money still not released.
