Lying about my holding deposits even when i sent the proof

<p>I hired a car in East London on the 21/10/2016 and dropped it on the 01 Nov 2016. So since then i have been calling and emailing about my holding deposit which they didnt release till today. At first someone told me it takes 3 days for a deposit to be released. then after i was told that the money was released. i then contacted my bank which confirmed that the money was never released but debited to my account. this is not the first incident happened to me. i n january same story and i had to call and call to be able to get my money back. i am never ever gona hire with them ever again</p>
