Incompetant Company

We hired a car through a company called Car trawlers and were quoted a premium of R 1 259.00. This was paid directly to them and we were given a voucher to hand in at Jhb International Airport (ZA***) <br> <br> We arrived at the Airport on 9th April and handed the voucher in at the Avis desk. Then the credit card was further debited with the amount of R 2425.91 on the 9th April by Budget which I have been trying to get an answer for since 17th April. I followed my e mail up with a telephone call to your office on the 24th April and was told by a consultant called Webster that a reply had been sent to me on the 20th. Turns out it was not my e mail address ( I have no idea whose e mail it was) but he advised me that the difference was the British pound rate of exchange which is absolute nonsense. The amount was paid for in SAR and paid in full. The only amount Budget was entitled to was fuel and e toll fees. A further amount of R423.53 has now been debited to my account. No final invoice, no explanation! Very unprofessional!
