I rented a car on the 6th of November 2023

I rented a car on the 6th of November 2023. My deposit money has still not been unfrozen in my account and today is the 7 of December 2023. I called my bank they said they need a authorisation letter to unfreeze the funds. Then on the 23rd of November 2023, Budget is still debiting my account. Nothing is getting resolved. I phoned numerous times to Avis to let them know nothing has cleared they say they will tell the bank to unfreeze the funds. The bank says there's nothing they getting, iv sent emails to Wich I'm getting no response to as well.
