Horrible horrible service

<p>We are renting a car from Budget rent a car. The problem is that the aircon is broken, and in fact only heats. This results in a horrible driving expereince. We phoned Budget Randburg yesterday and spoke to Mthasho and were promised a car between 08:00 and 09:00 this morning, as we had to leave at 09:00. By 08:55 we called Budget Randburg and they said that they knew nothing about this. We then made alternative arrangements, actually getting someone to wait for the car as we had to leave. The person waited till 10:00, and yes you guess correctly still no car. Eventually they phoned us during the morning saying that they have now arrived, only for us to tell them that as indicated we could only receive the car between 08:00 and 09:00 but that we will be back by 14:40. At 18:00 we still had no car. We made calls to the Bidvest Car Rental enqueries and assitance number only to be first transferred to Cape Town, this whilst we are based in Randburg. We had to call again and now were transferred through to OR Tambo, saying that they have a problem and cant help us. This is appauling. </p>
