Holding deposit nightmare!

It's a constant battle to get your holding deposit from them and especially if you rent a car from the Cape Town International Airport branch.

How many times now my holding deposit for a car rental done at this branch is just not released and every time I have to query it through their customer care centre. Return a car on 1/3/2019 and now almost 4 weeks later is still waiting for the deposit to be released.
