General Bad service and theft (debiting accounts without permission)

Book a car for 8 days (27th Oct to 3rd Nov) i booked a Kia Punto and when i got there i was given a Nissan Micra i brought the car back a few hours before i stated on the original booking i have received no feedback regarding my deposit and instead i see they debit my account for R385.14 (ref: ********** ********** 704) with no statement/invoice or explanation. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I USE THEIR SERVICE, i had a similar experience using AVIS in Strand, CPT in June 2018.

They better see that a senior manager calls me back to explain.
