funds still not released

On the 07/03/15 i rented a car with budget rent a car at Cpt Int Airport and an amount of R1838.90 was held from my card. When the car was returned on the 09/03/15 i asked when the funds will be released and was told 24-48 hrs. Instead of the funds being released within that specified period there's an amount of R592.99 debited from my account on the 14/03/15 without the held amount released still. On Monday the 16/03/15 i then spoke to Mandu who said will do a follow up with their bank and the funds would be released in 2days (48hrs) time. This morning i made yet another call and spoke Natasha who suggested that i check with my bank, i did and according to my bank the funds are still reserved. I still went out of my way and made another call and spoke to Dulli who told me i have to call my bank again and seek an authorisation number from my bank for the funds to be released after i told him that my bank says the funds are still reserved. it is now 10 days later I still have money held by Budget and no one is giving me answers as to when the money will be released, this is pathetic and i don't see myself dealing with such incompetency in future, it's in fact f@#$^ b!@#$%^
