Flexclub - what a Nightmare!

Flexclub promises to be an amazing offering!! "FlexClub's hassle-free pay-as-you-go car plans offer an all-new way to secure the car you want, when you want it." What a nightmare!! Firstly, I had email after email telling me that my booking for 27/8 had been canceled. Only for the agent to find my booking on 28_8. Because I had to pay 24 hours before collecting. Today, without authority!! My cheque card got charged for the full rental again!!! Not only that! I didn't even get the vehicle that I selected and the agent at the airport was so NOT customer centric
