After my husband and I landed in Cape Town from Johannesburg on a completely different flight than was booked, we had to hire a car to get to our function, we walked into Avis, gave Curtis our booking info, he very quickly helped us, no fuss, after we told him about the terrible service we received from [URL Removed] he upgraded our rental vehicle free of charge. He is an incredibly efficient staff member, very helpful and friendly, and even came out to greet us on Sunday when we returned the car. Well done Avis/Budget car rental!
