Duplicated Car Rental Fees charged and unjustified damages charged

I was charged for damages not caused by myself. Further I was charged for the car rental twice and all costs were just loaded onto my credit card. Unacceptable and **********. Email sent to Avis/Budget to complain about the terrible service and exploitation scheme. I will never make use of Avis/Budget ever again!
