Double Charge

Ref 2***-ZA-2<br> <br> I was quoted R746.00 for rental but was billed R2670.74 on collection of the vehicle @ CPT International on 12 March 2016 @ 10:37am. On collection, I was told that the R2000.00 would be reimbursed 48 hours after returning the vehicle on the 15th March 2016 before 11am. I dropped off the vehicle at 5am on the 15th March 2016 and was given an invoice which reflected R745.00. <br> <br> I went to the Avis counter at OR Tambo to verify the invoice and it was confirmed that the rental surcharge of R2000.00 would be reimbursed to me. A week later, no refund but an additional amount of R745.00 was deducted from my account. <br> <br> Please return monies in excess of the quoted amount.
