Don't ***** from your customers, reply to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im posting here because I have contacted your company multiple times just to get a pathetic auto response back and never a follow up! its so easy for you to ***** my money but never but hard to send a simple reply!!!!!! Seriously just sort out the below now its pathetic!

I don't want to waste time sending stupid reviews and emails. just support your customers by replying to them!!!!!!!! I'm really disappointed to receive this with so many unfair charges. I have all ways had great respect for Budget as a good car hire company. This is really dissapointing from your team.

I can't believe the excess chargers you have added on my rental car. Firstly the refueling fee. I sat at the garage right next to the airport and had the attendant change the car to fill the tank completely as at first it was not registering. Once full the attendant confirmed that it was impossible for hom to fill it any more! So it completely unacceptable for you to charge me for a re dueling fee.

And secondly a charge of almost R400 for a valet fee. That is insane. That car had some light dust on it from driving around he city. Please respond to these queries as as possible. Imm really really disappointed about this service.
