Dont give them your card details! They ***** from you

I think this is more a warning than a complaint. I went onto their site to try book a car 2 times, both times it showed an error. however both times my card got charged anyways... I called them and they said there was no booking on both occasions so the system has no record. Trying to get the cash back is impossible as they keep asking for a reference number even though they confirm themseleves there is no reference as there was never a booking. R3000+ has been taken from me by them and after a month of begging them on email they still dont get back to me with anythign other than canned responses... Here's the best part: they email you asking for your card details to look into the transaction, but their mail server blocks any emails containing this kind of information, so they ask for something they know you cant get to them, thereby hoping you will just give up and let them keep the money I assume? Please beware of booking with them, the fact that they can access the cards and take money without any actual transaction taking place or any record being noted is scary to say the least. They may just be taking allot of people's money this way and hoping that by ignoring communications the people give up and let them have it?
