DO NOT use Budget Rent a Car East London Airport - you will regret it

If you are Flying down to East London for Business please DO NOT use Budget Rent a Car - It's been over a month and i am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded which was supposed to be done within 3 days or 7 days or 31 days. Nobody knows how long it takes. I have been calling and I get the empty promises that someone will call me back. We are in the middle of a pandemic and our families and friends are losing jobs and lives how are we supposed to support them when your company withholds our funds???
