Do not Book - Be cautious

Word of caution to STAY AWAY Dont even vist the website I made the mistake of trying to rent a car online with them and large amounts of money was take from my card without a booking being made their office refuses to help, they agree that there is no booking but refuses to give the money back My bank confirm 2 amoutns taken from my card by Budget and they refuse to refund eitherSuch a big company why they would need to ***** like this I dont understand So caution people, dont even go near the website. the fact that they are able to take funds from your card without you completing a booking tells you there is something very wrong or something very underhand happening @Budget feel free to ask one Runa Nagel in your office about this as he himself recognised this and agreed to reslove but then dissapeared of the face of the earth
