Do not believe they prioritize people over cars

I would rate this -5 stars but here is no option. Please safe yourself the hassle and do not but DO NOT use this company to rent cars. They are not up front and honest about the charges. They are very selective on what waivers they mention and additional cover. When the car is bumped (not even your fault), you are happy to pay for the damage but you cannot get a quote and they happily deduct money off your account. No phone call, nothing and the best part is they say in their emails (because we only communicate vis email), that "they prioritize people over car". That is laughable! I'm sure there are better rental car services that are willing to prioritize people over cars!
