Dissapointed in rental charges

<p>I rent a hyundai I10 car from budget cape town international airport 29/03/2017 to 03/042017 the rental was R892 and they end up charging me R1624. Apparently they had to pour 28 litre of petrol but i filled the tank and only drove a few km there was only 2 bars off from the petrol display so i dont know where 28 litres come from as that is almost half a tank.The other cost i inquired was full valet i also dont know why because the car wasnt brought back very dirty a normal car was wouldve been sufficient.i am very dissapointed in budget and think i will rent from another rental agency as i rent on a monthly basis.</p>
