Dishonest Behavior

I rented a vehicle from them on 12/08/2019 which was precooked on their website on the 11/08/2019.

They did not have the vehicle Availble when I went to collect at their bond centre branch in randburg. Shepherd who was the agent responsible then said he will get a vivo of which the car would not start. I should have cancelled then. He then got a Suzuki Swift which looked like it was being worked on with scratches and dents on every panel.

On return of the Suzuki Swift Shepherd started to insist their was damage to the underneath of the car. When I asked were on the inspection sheet it allows for damage to be indicated for the underneath he became agitated and insisted the damage should have been recorded had it been their when I took the car.

Last time I ever rent from budget. Worst service and I regularly rent cars.
