Disgusting unprofessional BUDGET CAR RENTAL

<p>I phoned budget to double check a car rental and even gave my FLIGHT NUMBERS BECAUSE THEY SAID TO CHECK IF THERE HAPPEN DELAY. IF they were clued up AND professional AND CAN R E A D. AND WRITE AND. L I S T EN, they would realize Iand heard I DEPART 10.30the morning, now I got a phone call from new zealand informing me to pay a penalty for after hours returning 10.30 at night. NOBODY SPOKE ABOUT AT NIGHT. MY flight number that they have and check is in the morning!!! Bleddie *****...NEVER BOOK WITH BUDGET RENTALS...BOOK WITH AVIS!!!professional people that can read and write and listen and have common sense. </p>
