DISAPPOINTED

I called budget to dispute the money they are claiming from me. according to them i damaged the car and I asked them to look at the report that i signed when I got the car the 1st time before they can make any allegations and I told them I want to escalate this matter so it can be resolve as soon as possible but Tanya the branch manager (Rand Airport) told me the area manager and anyone senior to her is on leave. I can not pay for something I have not done. I would like to have this matter investigated and if I am at fault i will have no other option but pay for damages. i told her that i will call my bank to not authorize this pay as there is still a dispute. Only once this matter is resolved will I allow for payment to go through. Rental
