I am currently having a the same discusting service from budget. i had made a booking on the 5 Sept and cancelled with 30mins i have been trying to get my money back and the just give you a run around. they promise to call they never do. They disconnect the calls when you say you are recording the conversation. please people dont do any business with these people they are rude unprofessional and nothing because you go from one person to another
