Deducting without my consent ?

I am very much disgruntled with Budget car rental Potchefstroom,In April I rented a vehicle with them.Some how I scratched the car, bare in mind that it's a small scratch.I took the vehicle back.The guy JUST checked the car. Nothing was signed, nothing was disputed,he just said they going to sent me a link.I never got my deposit back of R2000 but I'm not complaining.Now they keep on deducting money without my consent.They took R1199 then R4260 without communicating what the money was for.So in total they took R7459. Still waiting for the link that they said they going to send.

Their level of client service is very poor and I would never recommend them to anyone in future.
