Deception
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience with your company. My reservation number is ***0ZA4, and I rented a vehicle from your George Airport branch on 16 October 2023 to 23 October 2023. Upon returning the vehicle on 23 October 2023, I was shocked to discover that the rental car was noted as having sustained damage during my rental period. I must emphasize that I am absolutely certain that I did not cause the damage in question, as the vehicle was returned in the same condition in which it was rented. The specific damage outlined on the inspection report investigation includes images of a right front bumper with no apparent damage that can be seen on any of the images. If there was any damage no one saw it on collection and your staff missed it too. Had it been more pronounced or clearly visible, I would have certainly brought it to the attention of your staff. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of your staff at the George Airport. It appears that there was a lack of transparency in their handling of the vehicle condition during the rental process, and I feel deceived by the omission of crucial information. However, the responsibility for this oversight does not lie solely with me. Your staff at the rental location should have conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle and documented any existing damage before releasing it to me. It is disheartening to discover that the vehicle was provided to me in a condition that was not accurately reflected in your records. I kindly request a prompt investigation into this matter and a resolution that reflects the accurate circumstances of the vehicle's condition. If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I may be compelled to seek further assistance from relevant consumer protection agencies. Regards Stewart Stephen ***
